Does your pet have an archenemy?

My cat Dilly does. A squirrel with a bald tail. That little rat will come right up to the window and taunt him.I've never seen a cat so mad in my life

  • Chloe's archenemy is our other cat, Lucky. She can't stand the audacity of that fool thinking he can come inside whenever he wants.

Lucky on the other hand has an eternal enemy in a neighbor's cat. The neighbor cat has no problem coming onto our porch, and Lucky tears into him every time. You would think the dumb thing would learn to walk in a wide arc around our home.

  • Any dog that comes onto our porch. My cat attacks their faces.. we've had some bloodied up neighbor dogs, and some with cat claws stuck in their face.

He seriously goes nuts. It's scary!

  • Mostly he is his own worst enemy but his housemate can be pretty feisty at times.

  • Mainly cats & squirrels. But she's too old to catch them now. :/ But boy, back in the day, if they were dumb enough to come in our yard, then look out! ;p

  • Can they be inanimate?

Jess - her ball. Or sticks. Or rocks. Or cigarette butts. Or toy cars... basically anything she can find when you say, "Where's your toy?"
Chloe - empty paper rolls. She HATES those things.

Actual animate objects? Anyone who dares to enter the backyard uninvited. Death looms. (Or serious bodily harm, anyway.)

  • I guess that would be my 2 younger cats to my oldest cat. They antagonize her so bad. Of course, it's kind of her fault she never put them in their places when they were babies so now they are relentless.
