How many hours of SLEEP do you get a night in total??

AND how old are your kids? I get around 4-5 hours a night with a toddler and always feel alone in my sleep deprivation. We love talking about sleep when we're not gettin it!

  • On average, around 7. Last night I got 4. Can't even blame it on the kids, either.

  • I could get up to 9 or 10 if I went to bed as soon as I'm able to. I usually get about 7.

  • Usually 6 straight hours, then I doze on and off for the last hour. On a good day I get 7. I haven't had more than 7 in a long time.

  • 4 or less, mostly less, with my 10 month old....she doesn't have her own room/bed, and doesn't sleep well at night (tosses and turns, makes noises, and generally keeps me awake most nights).

Last night she thought 3am was great time to wake up for the morning :/
