What is your favorite never fails go to crockpot recipe?

Mine is peanut chicken. Great every time.

Peanut butter
yoshidas sauce (or teriyaki or soy)
grated or dry ginger
Water or apple juice
Chicken breasts

Super easy and super flexible. I never measure just mix to taste. Tonight I added sesame oil and it was really good. Oh and a handful of peanuts.

What about you?

  • Veggie beef soup- either leftover roast chopped up or cooked hamburger, frozen mixed veggies, diced onion, quart of tomato juice, packet of beef bullion, add barley or pasta near the end.

Chili- mine is 2 lbs browned and drained ground beef, 1 jar salsa, 2 cans chili beans, pint of tomato juice, chili powder.

  • Dump in a couple of cans of cream of mushroom soup, thin it down a little with beef broth, stir in a package of dry onion soup mix, add mushrooms if you want, then plunk a beef roast down in all that gravy goodness and let it cook. Serve it over mashed potatoes.

  • Oh, and I love peanut chicken from restaurants. How do you make it?

Answer by Ballad at 2:57 AM on Oct. 2, 2013

  • Buffalo chicken wraps. I have to take some of the chicken out before adding the buffalo sauce for DS, but everyone else LOVES it!!! 4 hours and deliciousness.
