What sides would you serve with BBQ pork chops?

I don't have many options in the pantry, but tell me what you would serve and maybe I'll get an idea.

  • Thank you for saying macaroni and cheese- I think that is a top contender! The vegetable is debatable at this point. All I have is frozen green beans and beets. Neither of which would anyone eat :( (aside from me!)

  • I always make mashed potatoes or gave a box of the instant au gratin sliced potatoes. I don't usually serve a vegetable because the kids aren't going to eat them so ehhhh. They will eat canned green beans and that's it.

  • I don't eat pork, but when I make BBQ chicken I serve it with corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and coleslaw or a simple salad. Sometimes I prefer roasted potatoes with poblano chiles or white rice
