Pork chops in crockpot question

Not sure about meats but are the porkchops done at 140 degrees or is it the longer they cook the better?

  • If you cook them to temp, they'll be juicy and tender... if you cook them slow and low, they'll be tender too... but in the in between phase, pork chops are tough!

  • If they're already passed the first stage, crank the crockpot up to high and let them go as long as you can before serving.

  • I thought pork was 165? I always cook them until they fall apart though, I don't go by temp.
