    I don't know OP. I know you can see if someone has been put in the clink (if they are currently there) by searching your local law enforcement's site for their jail roster. That will sometimes say what they have been charged with.


    NOw, if you are talking about an actual ghost (I'm guessing this was a typo), then I have no idea what agency is in charge of that.


    To be honest, it would be easier to answer this if you would clarify what you are asking.
