I am trying to conceive and I took a pregnancy test last night. (7 days before my missed period) I know early, but it's so hard to wait. Well, the test was negative. But I came back in the bathroom a little while later and looked at the test again and it was positive. It was faint but it was there. Then the next morning I tested negative on the same brand test. Do you think this is just an evaporation line? Or had anyone had this happen and they still turned out pregnant?

  • It was an evap line. Tests must be read in the window. Test again tomorrow with first morning urine.

  • Evaporation line. Tests are usually invalid after five to ten minutes. Wait until you miss your cycle for best results.
