1 Bump

I can't figure out how to put movies on my external hard drive onto a dvd.

I got DVD+R's so I could take some movies off of my external hard drive and put on DVDS so I don't have to watch them on the Computer, we can watch them on the TV. But I don't know if I got the wrong thing, or just not burning them right. Can anyone help me with this? TIA

  • Is your computer able to BURN Dvd's, or just CD's?

If your computer can't burn DVD's, then I don't know what to tell you. You have the right disks for what you want to do. The +R means that they are rewritable, like a floppy/jump drive.

  • Well frick. I have no idea, I am not really computer savvy. I mean the burnt disc will play on my computer, but they wont play on the dvd player. its onl a year old computer so I assumed it was up to date for this crap. Oh well.
