  • I don't even remember what I had for lunch earlier this week, asking me to think back to lunch that long ago is just mean. LOL, I can tell you what I will have for lunch today though, leftover manicotti. Been eyeing that container for a few days now. Also need to figure out what to do for dinner tonight. I was going to do steaks, but DH works tonight, and he usually doesn't have time to eat before work, plus he is much better at steaks than I am. Maybe grilled salmon and asparagus, though I am sure my kids will object.

  • A tomato from our garden and cottage cheese. It's what I've eaten every day for lunch since our tomatoes started ripening. They are about gone now, and I am very sad.
