Eggnog instead of milk?

I was thinking of making a batch of choco chip muffins for dinner (the kind where you just and 1/2 a cup of milk), and I thought... hey, we have pumpkin pie eggnog in the fridge! Could I use 1/2 a cup of that instead of the milk to have a kind of pumpkin/chocolate flavor?

  • It'll probably work just fine, chemically speaking. I'm not so sure about pumpkin/chocolate flavor.

  • To me, choco/pumpkin sounds like lemon/cinnamon. I'll pass, but let us know how it works.

  • I would have done it just to see, I don't think it would have made too much of a flavor difference, but I dunno for sure. (I had some Egg Nog and sailor jerry's, delight)
