My husband...

He was wandering around the family room, looking here and there and I said to him, honey...What are you looking for?
He says, the remote control!

I started cracking up and said, LOOK IN YOUR HAND! LOL

He is so entertaining...

What was your last "DUH" moment with your SO?

  • That's hilarious!

Dh does things like that a lot. The most memorable thing was a few years ago when dh went to find something in the garage. He walked out there and I hear all this swearing. He opens the door and asks if we have light bulbs. I tell him we do, but why does he need them. He says for the garage, but I had just replaced the bulbs in there. So I asked if he'd turned the lights on. He closed the door and it was real quiet... he hadn't turned on the light.

  • He did the exact same thing. He's also good for loosing his glasses on top of his head, and sometimes even BOTH pairs at the same time!
I, however, am guilty of looking for my phone while I was ON MY PHONE! DUH!

  • I did something like that when my son was about one. He had just learned how to walk, so I was still carryinghim a lot, but he also wanted to walk on his own a lot. We were at a children's museum with my 7 year old, my husband, my in-laws, and my niece. Suddenly I started to panic, and said to my father-in-law, "Where's Daniel?" and he says to me, " You're holding him." I was so embarrassed.
