I am making a lasagna that calls for a 9x13 inch dish, can I make it in two 8x8 inch dishes ?

  • I do it all the time because I like to freeze one. Just cut the noodles to fit, and make sure you don't over fill it. If you do you'll have a mess in the oven.

  • Not with any success. You could make one in the 8X8 and then use a bread pan for the excess.
    Be sure to check your timing as the smaller pans will cook differently.
