  • I put my little man in the hot shower to loosen the mucus, and then I use these boogie wipes rather than regular tissue. The wipes have saline in them and it helps keep his nose from getting sore.

  • I give my kids a warm bath & that drains the sinuses & I can clean it all out. Also try using baby wipes. It prevents a sore nose.

  • I use an infant vapor bath additive in her bath and I have an all natural skin ointment I use to ease her chapped nose.

  • #1: I would use a vaporizor instead. ( lavendar scented vaporizor solution )
#2: use chest rub to allow air ways to loosen and open
#3 : just use a tissue or "boogie wipes " to wipe his nose.
(eventually he will get used to a tissue )

  • Hot, steamy shower and SING. Singing helps clear noses :) It's also a lot of fun to sing your little heart out lol
