Can someone recommend a good brand for boy's jeans?

Preferablly ones that offer utility/cargo style. My son goes through about one pair of jeans a week because he puts holes in the knees. I bought two new pair today at The Children's Place but they seem so thin. I looked around at other places and it seems that they only sell boy's skinny jeans.

  • I used to buy old navy. But I let them wear them with holes too.

  • Goodwill 50% off Saturdays, all the jeans you want for $1 or less per pair. Doesn't matter if they're toughskins, Levi's or store brand, DS can take the knees out in a day. With that in mind, I see no point in paying $30 for jeans he'll destroy in a single recess.

  • when my son wass young I bought his pants at thrift stores mostly- because I knew he would have them ruined so fast!

  • Sears Toughskins have a lifetime guarantee, or used to. They have reinforced knees, on the inside so it doesn't show but they last!!

  • I know. We buy either Levis or Osh Kosh. Apart from that, Old Navy.

  • We buy Levi's and Arizona mostly. They hold up pretty well and come in tall/slim so they actually fit him.

  • I would reinforce the knees before the gets them with an iron-on patch.

  • Or I would embrace the holes and make funky patches!

  • Old navy's are pretty good. Jcp or Sears always had a deal where the replaced them in the same size but idk if they still do it.
