Keep this in a bathroom?

I would like to keep a clock in my bathroom. ( like the kind you keep on your nightstand in a bedroom ) It would be up on a shelf away from electricity. I am worried that the moisture in the bathroom will wreck the clock. Any thoughts?

  • I keep a CD/radio alarm clock on the vanity. No problems with it.

  • I keep a wall clock ( battery operated). In my bathroom. Haven't had a problem with it yet.

  • Not sure. I used to keep a radio in the bathroom and it was fine. Do you use a fan? Window?

  • Many of those clock radios are water resistant. They're pretty well sealed,so as long as yours doesn't drop in the sink or something, it should be fine.

  • I have always kept a wall clock, battery operated, in my bathroom. I imagine that a clock like you keep at your bedside would work. I don't think that the moisture would bother it. Some states are almost as humid as bathrooms!
