    You ovulate roughly 14 days after you first day of your last period.

  • Please go buy a copy of "Taking Charge Of Your Fertility" by Toni Wechsler. Required reading for anyone with a female reproductive system. You'll learn to know when you're ovulating.

    Now, if you have a 28-day cycle (which really isn't a common length) you would have ovulated October 7th and your period is due by tomorrow. You can test by the middle of this week to see if you're pregnant.
