Can I?

Take leftover chili, roll it in a ball with rice, egg wash it then flour and deep fry it? Will it work? What else can I do with 8 pounds of chili and rice?

I have no freezer so tis not an option. We can't eat it on buns for religious reasons. Help me repurpose it. This is day 5 of chili eating. I need it gone like donkey kong.

  • Just curious, what Religion is it that doesn't allow you to eat buns?

  • Well, give it a try. Who knows, it might be really good. And if it isn't, well, the chili will be gone anyway. I know you probably don't want to waste it, but you'll be hard pressed to finish all of it before it goes bad. Or what about giving some away to a friend or neighbor? Or having a chili party in your backyard for the neighborhood kids?

  • Chili cheese fries! Seriously though, you'll still be eating chili.

Do you have 8 pounds of each left? Or did you start with 8 lbs? Because after 5 days of eating chili, I would think that would put a huge dent in 8 pounds.
