She's vegan, gluten free and allergic to nuts! What can I make this weekend?

Sister in law is coming to visit this weekend. I need breakfast, lunch and dinner for Saturday and Sunday.

  • Vegetable stew? Ask her for some suggestions. Besides salad/fruits and veggies, that's a tough one, especially for breakfast

  • 4 egg whites + 1 banana = pancakes. Make it now. 1. Mush banana. 2. Crack eggs. 3. Mix 4. Spray griddle with PAM 5. Pour batter on 6. Flip

  • Can vegans eat eggs? She would be a hard one to cook for. I think I'd be asking her for suggestions about what she normally eats. That way you're not wasting time & money on something she doesn't like or can't have.

  • Vegans don't eat anything with eyes......Jams, rice cakes, veggies, salads. beans, fruit, are all easy good choices

    See if you can find anything from that. I know very little about vegan diets, but my suggestion is really focus on vegetables and fruit. You could have fruit and smoothies for breakfast. Soups, salads, etc. for other dishes.
