Roku?

Any of you have/use this?

saw these things in Target a couple weeks ago -when I went to buy a DVD player, and I'm thinking of getting one for my daughter for Christmas- they have a tv, but no cable and they like to use Netflix and whatnot...

does it get pricey with movies or channels?

  • I just got one. I plan to use it for Netflix and Amazon Videos. I already pay for both of those so there won't be any extra costs unless I buy a premium movie or show from Amazon.

  • We have one and use Netflix and Hulu on it. We had the subscriptions already.

  • I have one and love it. I use mine for Netflix, so the only additional cost is the $8/month.
