losing weight after baby

im going to fl next month and im not going to be a blob.. does anyone know a good way to lose weight! QUICK BUT HEALTHY!! besides breastfeeding

  • cabbage soup diet, just google it. Also drink distilled water with fresh lemon squeezed into it.-about 5-6 glasses of that a day.

  • The Special K diet. Seriously, I lost the remaining 30 lbs. that wouldn't budge in 2 1/2 months with it after having my first child. You just eat the cereal or meal bar for breakfast and lunch, then eat whatever you want for dinner, of course, minding portion and staying somewhat healthy for best results, and drink nothing but water besides the milk in the cereal. It works great, though you'll probably never want to eat Special K cereal again when you're done, haha!
