  • Don't use over the counter crap. Just do it naturally, Cut down on calories and exercise

  • Don't use pills, shakes, strict or odd diets, wraps or any of that overpriced crap.

    find out how many calories you need to eat, drink water and work out- cardio and weights. That's it.
    It's what I have done and I am down 72 lbs last I checked (almost 2 weeks ago)

  • Diets don't work for long term weight loss, only a change in your lifestyle will do that. If you are having t rouble doing it yourself, I highly recommend Weightwatchers.
