  • I also recently found a smoothie recipe called a Sniffle Snatcher Smoothie. I haven't had the opportunity to try it yet, though.

    1 cup Kale
    1 carrot
    1 pear
    1/2 cup of pineapple
    Dash of cayenne
    Dash of fresh rosemary

  • not sure if this is what you mean- but the second I notice I'm not feeling right, or people around me have colds, I start popping vitamin C. And having them do it too
it doesn't keep me from getting sick, but it makes it WAY more easy to deal with, and lasts less time

  • I have one right now but I am out of my mixture ingredients ...

    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 cup warm water

    Mix together and drink.
    Do 2x a day for 3 days.
    Stop for 2 days.
    Repeat as necessary.

It really works. Usually within minutes I can feel my head opening up.
