How do I get rid of incredibar?

Can't get it off google chrome or firefox. My husband uses them, I use rockmelt and it doesn't affect it.

I've tried going into programs and searching the computer with my antivirus, I've tried changing the Firefox settings and it will go away for a while if I restore firefox to beginning settings.

Help! lol

  • Also you anti virus won't likely catch it. It's malware so you'd need to have a good anti malware program

  • I have tried that and there is nothing there. As well as chekcing all the extensions on each browser.

I may have to find a good malware program...are there any that are free?

  • Check the add ons in Chrome and FF to make sure nothing like that is there. Then download malwarebytes and that will probably remove it for you. That's likely the most efficient way to do it
