  • Ginger ale or Sprite or 7up - let them go a bit flat first. (Ginger ale is best.) with saltines, too. Nibble on the crackers.

Sometimes peppermint tea can help, too.

Med route - good ol' Pepto Bismol

    Feel better!!

  • I ate a hunk of ginger. Burns but I don't feel like losing it anymore. Yay.

  • This REALLY works!!! If you are able to lie down, lie on your left side. Even if is on the floor! I have literally laid the driver's seat back and done it in my vehicle.

My OB told me this when I complained about being sick so much when I was pregnant. That was almost 30 years ago and I have used it ever since.

  • i had horrible all day sickness with both my girls and the first i never ate, but with the second I found every morning no matter how sick i felt i forced my self to eat because it made me feel better after just having something "heavy" in my stomach (like bread, hash browns, etc) and if i drank a coke! it helped me sooo much! and peppermint candies helped or chewing peppermint gum, good luck tho!
