  • It is normal for milk to fluctuate. What pump are you using? Have you replaced the valves and membranes?

  • This is a common problem when exclusively pumping. You have to work harder and harder to stay in one place.

How often are you pumping? Must be at least every two hours waking and every three hours sleeping. Your output goal is 24-30 ounces per day.

If you're already at the 2/3 interval, then bump up the frequency. Every 90 minutes waking, every two hours sleeping. No galacatgogue in the world will help if you're not upping the demand, but if you increase it you'll get benefit.

3000 mg fenugreek daily and 5 cups Mother's Milk Tea daily. Find them in health food stores. One bowl of oatmeal daily, preferably steel cut. And Ovaltine can help too thanks to the malt in it.
