How do you prepare for flu season?

  • I don't really. I don't buy into the flu shot, big pharm hype. If we get the flu, we get the flu.... Treat the symptoms and ride it out. I really don't see it as that big of a deal. It's never really been a problem for me and my family - we tend to get more trouble from the common cold around here.

  • I make sure I wash my hands very thoroughly several times a day, keep lysol in my office to spray down my phones, and door handles with, and be extra vigilant about taking my supplements, and drinking lots of water. I care for about 85 seniors, and I dont want to get sick and pass it on to them. The flu can be so damaging to those in their 80s and 90s.
