My 20 month old has had tummpt troubles since she was born. But now its taking a toll onme when I have her wake up late at night screaming for an hr to 2 hrs at least 2 -3 times a night.

I thought she had a milk issue so switched from homo to 2% and lactose free at bed time. and she drinks about 30-60 ounces of water a day. I feed her things to help with bowel movements. but she still screams in pain and I have to either get in a warm bath with her to rub her tummy till she comes ( crying the entire time) Any ideas? Could too much milk be the issue? is there a way to get her to have easier bowel movements? Help !
