Good place to get kid's coat? Burlington? Old Navy? Target? Somewhere else?

I need a decent new coat for my 6 year old and don't want to spend over $50. Any idea of a good place to get a really warm coat for not a lot of money??? I am looking more for a coat than a jacket...

  • Good will, thrift store. What ever is the cheapest. They grow out of the coat each year any ways.

  • Last year I bought a really nice warm coat for my son at Kmart for 15 bucks. It was actually a ski jacket so it had a nice thick lining and waterproof outside but wasn't bulky. It was on sale for 50% off though and it may have been later in the season, it usually doesnt snow in our local mountains (when/why Ibought it) until like February. Our Kmart here always seems to have some great sale going on though. If you have a Kmart around I'd check it out.
