  • Well, you could try learning to track your cycle and pinpointing ovulation (see http://www.fertilityfriend.com/) but, frankly, if you're not pregnant after 3 years of trying I would head straight to my doc for testing - testing for you AND your husband - because I suspect you might have more going on than just irregular periods.

    Good luck!

  • If you've been trying for three years with no luck you both need to see a doctor art this point!!

  • You need to check with a doctor to find out the reason you aren't getting pregnant, and rule out the physical part for both of you.

  • Talk to a doctor.
Have sex at least every other day.

  • You have sex. If you do not know how this works ask your dr. to explain it to you and you opposite sex partner.

  • Everyone is different. There could be lots of reasons you are not getting pregnant. After three years I would consult a Dr.

  • Fertility doctor. Irregular cycles is what happened. Might also have a blocked tube or it might be your husband who has issues like low sperm count.
