My baby will be 5 months on Monday she as always been very vocal . At 2 months she started talking (baby talk) ALOT all day she talks to everyone , she also started yelling lol its not just when shes mad but also with excitement . but when she is mad she sure lets you know she doesn't even really cry she just yells its kinda funny actually . I think she likes to hear her self . my other 2 never yelled the way she does so its different and new to me . Anyone else have an infant that yells.?

  • Yes! My Daughter liked to hear herself yell in a happy way. She can break glass with the frequency of her yell too. I know this because she sets off our house alarm sometimes.... the one that detects the sound of breaking glass! LOL!

  • Not mine, but one of my grandkids had a high pitched scream, like a siren, for months. She would be crawling around screaming! Drove her mom nuts!

  • I call it the screaming game. I have several videos. Dinner was hell for two weeks, the girls just screamed back and forth.

  • My almost 2 year old still yells with excitement. He has always been very vocal at home and he still is. He gets excited about everything too, so he is always yelling. We can't go out the house without hearing "AIPANE!!!!" At least 4 times, along with "PUPPY! WOOF WOOF", and if I leave the room for an amount of time, when I come back he starts excitedly yelling "MOMMY!!' MOMMY, IT'S MOMMY!"

When Laura and Kay-Lynn (8 and 7 respectfully) were that little, they used to do that too...in the car taking big sissy to school, at home, ANYWHERE.

  • Thats cute. Her physical development might be delayed so just keep th st in mind. I have found th at if vocal I a prime, motor is secon dc to develop. All are different. So dont let it worry you when the time comes for her yearly rebiew and shes not walking yet.
