  • my 18mo old sleeps 8-10 hours straight through. Maybe skip a nap or two to help him/her sleep through the night.

  • @butterflyblue19… Yes, because he's still behind in somethings and he isn't 2 years old yet.

@cassie_kellison I have no problem with him sleeping through the night. I just think that him taking 7pm naps and going back to sleep after 1130pm...

  • don't let him take that 7pm nap, keep him awake until 8 and make that his bed time. that is when mine goes to bed.

  • How often does he nap now and when is he going to bed? My son was taking 2 hour long naps. He would nap around 9ish and them again right after lunch (about noon) and was going to bed at 7:00 at 17 months. Now he is 23 months takes 1 nap around noon and goes to sleep at 8.

  • @Af4life His first nap is around 1030am then 4pm… the last 7:30pm until 9ish. He wakes up at 11ish then goes back to sleep around 2am.

  • That's too many naps!
My 18mo old takes ONE nap at 11am, maybe one at 4pm if he is feeling sick, and then bed time at 8. That's too many naps in my opinion

  • At 17 months my kids were taking a 2-3 hour nap at 1 pm, then going to bed around 7:30 pm and sleeping until 7-7:30 am
