What can I make with ground turkey?

I also have potatoes, celery, carrots and onions. If any of those things go into a recipe.

  • Pretty much anything you'd use ground beef for- chili, meatballs, burgers...

You could make some kind of stew with turkey meatballs and your veggies?

  • I knew I should have bought chicken broth!

Boullion cubes are the same thing right? Just add water?

Pretty much - taste it before you use it to make sure it's not too salty. Another option is if you have any other canned broth soups, you can strain that (if it's veggie, add the veggies to your mix, too).

  • You can make anything that you would make with ground chicken or beef (though the seasonings would be different)
You can make meatloaf, Foil dinners and if you have lettuce and tomato even plate tacos.
You can make sloppy joes, turkey and noodles with the vegies, soup, "hambergers"

  • Thanks NP!

Dard- I lit a match and put it in my mouth when I chopped the onion. (I let it go out first) Worked for the first few minutes then my eyes were on fire again. I blindly threw the rest of the onion into the fridge to chop later. Damn onions!

  • turkey rice!! it was my favorite growing up. brown the meat, add to 1 c rice, 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 c water, can of cream of mushroom soup. its great...if you've got those things handy anyways. my mom would sometimes add chopped onions too it, but i dont (cause i hate them).
