at what age did you take away the binky?? my little boy likes to play this game where he pushes it out and wants it back, i would like to take it away gradually but is 3 months to early?

  • my son got a cold when he was about 9 months old. his poor little nose was so stuffy that he didnt want his binky anymore. so i never offered it to him again and he never really seemed to miss it

  • 3 months is perfect cause they are small and easy to deal with. I would do it sooner than later

  • I did it much later than I wanted to at 8 or 9 months just because I was scared. But it wasn't a big deal for her. I never meant to introduce it since they're no good. So go ahead and try to toss is as soon as you can.

  • I will try around 12 months ... I don't see any harm in letting them use them for comfort
