  • It makes the babies heart race... It takes 2xs as long your the babies heart rate to go back to normal then it does for your heart

  • The first trimester can be exhausting but pregnant women are warned not to overdo it on caffeine. It can lead to miscarriage. A cup of coffee is safe if you must absolutely have it but I avoided caffeine until I reached the end of my second trimester and even no I only have a little bit if coffee per week.

  • It can cause compilations... you can have up to three cups of coffee a day... that's all my doctor said
