ADNC procedure???

Whats adnc ? does the procedure itself cause infertility? how would that help with abnormal bleeding and no regular periods???

    It's where they scrape the lining on the uterus
    Are you confusing this with ablation?
    A D&C is usually performed to remove fetal tissue from a miscarriage

  • A D&C means hey go in and scrape the inside of the uterus clean. This removes any tissue that has not been flushed away by the regular flow.
    This does not increase infertility. Not having one done when necessary can lead to infertility though.
    This is something you should ask your doctor or even look up on the internet.
