Im 35 an i have the worst lower back pain an the pain goes to the sides of both legs an make it very hard to walk an no pain medicine or excerise work

 

I'm not pregnant the pain was sometimes now it happens everyday it's getting worst

  • I'm thinking sciatica probably. Only time & movement will work it out. I've had it & it's pretty bad. Try Advil every 4 hours.

  • yep sciatica, perhaps see a chiro that is what helped my back early on. Would waddle in barely able to walk and briskly walk out lol

  • the doctor gave me a paper on some exercises to do a month ago but the pain just got worst an she also gave me naproxen for the pain but it did not help one bit I'm a single parent with 3 kids I do hair I cant afford to be in pain all the time

  • I don't think it's sciatica had that when I was pregnant I know hoe that feels this is totally

  • Have you tried wearing orthopedic style shoes since you are on your feet all day?

  • Could be ruptured disc, pinched nerve, sciatica.... IF it wasn't bilateral. You need to see a different doctor and/or get a PT eval!!! ASAP!!
