Why does the full moon always give me insomnia??

  • Is your bedroom dark enough? Can the moonlight come through your blinds/drapes/curtains/whatever is covering your windows? If the bright moonlight is waking you, that could be the problem.

    Of course you could be part werewolf, as you suggested. ;)

  • Nope... no moonlight gets in. It even happens if it's cloudy. Very strange.
