Ratings. Need to know ASAP.......

How do the tv people determine ratings?

Do they count the viewers that set their Dvr to record it?

Do they count the viewers that delete the recorded Dvr instead of watching it?

Do they only count the people that watch it live?

  • Every tv has a chip in it, and when you choose to watch a certain program it records it on the chip.
The govt. can then see what you're watching and rate it according to your age group.
