How is this fair? (vent/whine)

Every weekday I'm bombarded by my husband's alarms. He has 5 that go off between 4am and 4:45am. Then, MY alarm goes off at 7. Yes, I'm usually pretty grumpy in the mornings, especially since I'm pregnant. I look forward to the weekends when I shut my alarm off, and get to sleep in.

Except today.

Husband got up to pee at 7 and didn't put his CPAP (sleep apnea) mask back on. So, within 5 minutes of him laying down again, I have a jackhammer in bed next to me. So, now I'm sitting her fuming on the couch because one of my days of getting to sleep in has been ruined.

I'm the only one awake right now. HOW IS THIS FAIR?!?!

/end main whine

  • Tell him he has to take the kids somewhere or at least keep them quiet enough for you to get a nap later. Sounds like anon needs a nap today too.

Jeremymom- sorry your little one is sick. Hopefully it's just that pesky 24 hr. bug.

  • Oh for Christs Sake! Is every piss and moan going to be about you being pregnant?
Are you a princess now that you're pregnant?
Go tell the fat slob to put on his CPAP so you can sleep FFS!

  • My ex snored. It was terrible. Most nights I had to go get in bed with my daughters. No, it's not fair, but I wouldn't have let him sleep either.... Go jump up and down on this bed!!

  • I was up at 5:30 alone. Go take a chill pill and relax.

  • I got woke up to a child throwing up this morning. I'd take snoring any day.

  • Not his snoring. It would wake the dead, it's so loud.

  • Death, taxes, never sleeping in again. Your guarantees as mom.
