Workout to tone back of arms

Ive noticed a lil jiggle and dont want bat wimgs so what are some good workouts to counteract this? Also what size weights should I start with, 5?

  • I do some rowing and some push ups. Seems to work better than anything

  • Tricep dips - you can use a chair. Legs straight out more difficult no weights needed. As you advance you add a weight on your lap.
    Skull crushers - start out with 5 lbs weights.
    Tricep extensions -
    Tricep pushups
    Over head tricep extentions

    Bicep hammer curls
    Push ups
    Bicep curls
    Reverse grip curls

    3 X a week every other day

    12 reps, to vary it up put on a 3 to 4 minute song and do a combination of exercise until you completely fatigue (can not do another rep) Taking a short rest or two within the song.

    You can youtube any of these exercises and youtube tons of GREAT videos on arms!!

  • Google will find videos and a lot of info on this particular part of the have to try them and repetition is what gets results! Start with low weights and work your way to higher ones.
