can anyone give a free face value on what to sell jewelry for old and new without papers

I have a website and don't want to overcharge people and have tons of jewelry

  • Yes, go to eBay and do an advanced search on an item. Check off "sold listing" and you will see what similar things sold for. Use a magnifying glass to verify if your pieces are 14K, 10K, etc. and post pics of that online.

  • Also.........many jewelers who buy gold and silver will give you an estimate. I have taken a few pieces in, gotten their estimate, and then sold it for more on eBay. I actually love doing this kind of research if you want to send some pics. But need a good description with it.
