  • Just don't drive into the San Bernardino mountains and chop down your own. The Forest Service tends to frown on that and slap heavy fines on folks for it.

    We've done tree lots and Home Depot; we were always best pleased with the Home Depot folks.

  • Go for a ride in the car (if you have one) and look at all the Christmas Tree lots.
    If you don't like their prices, you should move to PA, or NY, or VT where you can grow your own.
