Can you cook tofu in a crockpot?

Or is that just weird? It doesn't really need to cook, it's already done... But it could soak flavors maybe? Or maybe it would just melt?

  • even if you pressed all the liquid out, it would completely disenegrate in a crock pot. use a gallon baggie with marinade to soak flavors in.

  • Cut it into cubes and deep fry it first ... It completely changes the texture and forms a skin on the outside which will stop it disintegrating. I love deep-fried tofu!
