So what are your turkey leftovers up to?

I saved the nicest pieces for sandwiches, of course, and the rest of what I brought home will be served over rice with gravy tonight.

  • I found a recipe on Pinterest to make left over hot pocket-type things.
    Now to find the energy to make them.

  • I took home lots of cake but my mom normally saves pieces for salads or sandwhiches

  • if I had them, we'd be freezing some, and usuing some for sandwiches and turkey and dumplings

    *I didn't make a meal this year though, since I'm in utha visiting hubby. We went ot to Buca Di Beppo for Thanksgiving dinner and the only thing we brought home was the fettucinni that we orded along with it that no one got around to eating!

  • Don't have any. But, when I do, I chop up the whole works and freeze it in about 4 cup portions, to use for casseroles and soups.

  • The hostess kept some for herself, Anon, and gave some to me to bring home. She had plenty.
