is my grandbaby teething at 2 months if she keeps her hand in her mouth or is she always hungry?

  • She's kinda healthy though. She also suck her hand or on you, haha. She is 12 pounds. At 3months the2nd tomorrow.

  • In most cases , I agree with the above posters. I have know only one couple that had a baby that actually was teething at 2 months. The tooth did not erupt until the 3rd moth but still it is way early for most babies.
    Try a pacifier or help her to get her hand to her mouth if she fusses. If she is gaining well she is probably not all that hungry but may need the comfort of being held close. Have you rubbed her gums to see what you feel in there. More than likely it is pretty smooth.

  • Babies are born with a NEED to suck. I forget what it's called, but there's a medical term for it. It usually lasts for most of the first year.
