  • Two weeks is a long time in the fridge. Most cookie doughs will be ok for 3 to 5 days in the fridge. Anything longer than that should be in the freezer. Raw eggs in mosts doughs won't keep in home made dough because there are no preservatives, like in store bought dough.

  • why di the dough so far ahead? They are easy to mix. I would not. If you must then freeze the dough in a log.

  • Bake them and then freeze them if you must.

  • cookie dough balls in the freezer, pop them on the baking sheet frozen. I do it all the time. 2 weeks is a LONG time to have the raw eggs sitting in your fridge, uncooked.

  • It's one of many things that while you CAN do it.... whether or not you should is another matter.

If you're trying to create a science experiment guaranteed to give someone food poisoning, then sure. Otherwise just wait, or mix the dough and freeze it. Lots of cookie doughs freeze very well.
