so we are getting sod put in the front yard today (as per our nazi asshole HOA demands or they'll fine us $100 everyday for leaving it as is) and the people who showed up to do it is a man, woman and a child about 4 years old. im no genius but i expect that this isn't going to be some quick 30 minute job right? what are they going to do to keep this kid entertained? i know times are hard and you have to do what you have to do but that seems weird to me. all the woman is doing is standing around so i dont understand why they couldnt have stayed home.

no question, just sharing.

  • That reminds me of when we moved and my BIL brought along his wife and 9 month old daughter. I was trying to wrangle my own 2 year old and put stuff away as they brought it in,and she just sat there.
