  • When she is thristy? I would say under a year, it is a huge no no!

  • You can give her milk now, but why? Cows milk is for baby cows. Little bit at a time and watch for signs of allergic reaction or lactose intolerance.

  • I am assuming this is an infant. Do not give your child anything without the approval of her pediatrician.

  • Whole milk after the first year, with her pediatrician's approval. Reduced fat milk after two years of age, again with the go-ahead from her doctor. Only breastmilk or formula for the first year, end of story.
