Fear of intimacy

I'm trying to figure out things. I have issues with holding hands with a guy, cuddling, kissing, and other things with dudes. I have a hard time believing a guy likes me....im not the pretty girl, smart girl, not the girl in my head (the perfect image I have for myself). I feel I am not good at any of those things either so I avoid what Im not good at. Do I have to be able to show all of those intimate things even if I have a anxiety of doing them in my next relationship? Obvious answer is yes but how do I go about feeling better about it?

  • Lmao...... the guy noticed that I am this way and it took time for me to warm up to him. I liked him and didn't want him to leave me so I did it. Lol

  • You need to focus on YOU, not a man.

  • You need counseling, but be careful who you choose. Research first before selecting one.
