  • In the fridge from my experience. They seem to last forever in the fridge. Sometimes I forget about them and I swear 2 months go by and they're still good. No joke.

  • I think all the CM bitches are sleeping. You might get an insomniac or a drunk this time of night. Like myself. Have you ever planted a potatoes with eyes in dirt? It grows to go like 6 feet tall and doesn't take that long at all. Seriously, I'm drunk too. Good luck with your potatoes.

  • I store mine in the fridge too, but I have read where that is not good because the starch turns to sugar which is unhealthy

  • In a dark, cool, dry place.

  • I store mine in a cool, dry place. No sprouts, no starch turning to sugar. But I only buy a few at a time also.
